Beef Skirt/Flank (approx 1Kg)

Approx 1kg in weight.  Grass fed Yorkshire Beef from our own herd of Hereford and Belted Galloway cattle.

Green Acre recommends....

Season/ marinate with pepper/salt/olive oil/ garlic and herbs 

Roast/BBQ  to medium rare ( 54 degree C internal)

Rest for 30 minutes 

Carve against the grain nice and thin

This is also amazing in a salad or as part of a stir fry.
